1. Initial Replacement policy: YOUR PUPPY IS GUARANTEED TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH, however to validate this guarantee, you, the buyer must have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy. If your veterinarian finds it has a life threatening, congenital defect, it will be exchanged for another puppy or your money refunded, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is brought as evidence of the puppy’s condition, and the seller is notified within 24 hours of the examination. The puppy must be returned or shipped within 5 days of the exam.  NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be made after this period.  We will not be responsible for any veterinarian charges, you, the buyer incur.  The seller assumes no responsibility after the puppy leaves for any change of mind on the owner’s part or for the following non-life threatening conditions: kennel cough, bronchitis, ear mites, undershot, overshot, parasites (inside or outside), hernias, or coccidia. Each puppy is checked by a licensed Veternarian prior to shipping and will not be shipped if the puppy is found to have any communicable disease or condition.  There is no guarantee of breed ability, show quality, coat quality, temperament, size, or adaptability

 2. Congential Defects. Your puppy is guaranteed for one (1) year for the date of its birth against all life threatening congenital disorders.  Uneven bites, undescended testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, allergies, and other non-life threatening disorders are not covered. Life-threatening disorders require a letter from an examining veterinarian.  The genetic condition must be sufficiently serious in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians, at least one of whom is selected by the Seller, to warrant euthanization of the dog. Under NO circumstances will money be refunded until an autopsy is performed. If the puppy should die, an autopsy must be performed by a teaching institution and then and only then will the puppy be replaced or refunded at my discretion. Replacement or refund will take place only if it shows without doubt that the puppy died from a genetic defect. . I encourage you to spay or neuter your pet. 

3. Fatal Diseases. Your puppy is examined by a licensed Veternanarian with 10 days of shipping for communicable diseases, heart murmers, hip dysplasia, etc, and will not be shipping if any are found. However, if a puppy is carrying a fatal disease that is not found at the time of the health check up and dies withing 7 days of the date of purchase, I will replace the puppy with one of equal value provided that an autosy is completed at the buyers' expense and the finding are forwared to me that show the puppy died from parvo, distemper, hepatitis, corona or leptospirosis without a doubt. Medical speculation will not be considered.

4. Veternarian Care and Refund Policy. No portion of the purchase price, in part or in full, will be refunded nor will the seller be responsible for any veterinary expenses, or any other expense incurred by the purchaser other than as outlined above. Buyer has read and understands the puppy guarantee and acknowledges that there will be no cash refund, and there will be no reimbursement for any veterinary fees. This guarantee becomes invalid if the puppy does not receive the initial check up (within 3 days of shipping) and an annual checkup each year. 

YOUR PUPPY IS GUARANTTED to have a home for its entire life.  If, for any reason, you are unable to keep or care for your puppy, you may return it to me and I will find a new home for it.  All vaccinations must be current before returning your puppy and you must have your paperwork showing that you purchased the puppy from me.
